The following terms and conditions are for the sale of goods under the name of Bond Arts Limited or through any of our web sites. We are a UK and European cottage based enterprise and by using or accessing our Web sites and Web based stores you conform to at the time of viewing and of purchase to our Terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes at any time, these will posted on our websites. Our Company strives for the very best, so any ideas or solutions are greatly appreciated, see our contact pages on our web sites for specific email addresses. If you have any problems please notify our Customer Service Department through our main company email bondarts@yahoo.co.uk or specific site emails before ordering from us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our goods and products are advertised with VAT included. In the eventuality of any errors with orders, errors made by ourselves we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. If we do not receive contact back from you within 8 days, we will assume that you do not wish to complete your order with us. Any money already paid in the event of an error will be refunded to the individual. It must be noted that we retain the right to change any prices displayed on our websites without any prior notice.
You will be required to pay extra for delivery in the event of any returns.
Orders received inside the United Kingdom will be subject to pounds sterling and any orders outside will also be subject to current exchange rates.
Our debit system will only be applied at the point at which your order is despatched. We will notify you via email to confirm your order and keep you updated with order processing.
Your payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque. You can order through our web-site and via post. If you pay by credit card or debit card your goods will be processed as soon as possible within working hour’s 7 days a week. If you pay by cheque we will despatch goods only once funds have cleared. Please make any cheques payable to Bond Arts Limited. All transactions will be displayed on any card statements or Bank statements as processed by Bond Arts Limited.
Any purchases made from this web site which are Adult in nature are open to persons who are over the age of 18 only. In order to purchase from any of our adult websites you must be at least 18 years of age and conform to the legal rights specific to the country your goods are destined. On entering this website you have freed the owners and creators of this web site from all liability which may arise from any use of this website.
For your discretion all credit and debit cards will be charged in the name of Bond Arts Limited.
We subject ourselves to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act rules and therefore we do not send random marketing emails unless promotional and subscribed by the consumer, we do not ‘’Spam’’.

All products sold through this website are sold as 'Novelty goods'. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or allergic reactions caused by improper use of any of these products. Our binding contract to our terms and conditions will be formed once we confirm to you acceptance of your order. Data and cookies held by ourselves are strictly confidential and are used for data analysis and trend evaluations only, we do not obtain or store any information other than your contact details or information given to us.
We are under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered if our supplier’s details change or if unavailable for any reason. Any operational failures during the delivery process of goods are the buyer’s responsibility and subject to your postage costs, we remove responsibility once your products have been dispatched.
If a delivery has been made, title in the goods
shall not pass to you until you have paid all sums owed to us. Notwithstanding
that the goods remain our property.
In the event that your goods are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of the same value or are eligible for a complete refund of any sums paid.
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve relevant third parties such as delivery companies or wholesalers. We will ask permission if we wish to use your details for any other reasons and you can contact us in writing if you wish us to remove any details from our system subject to our terms.
You are eligible to cancel an order within 14 days for a full monetary refund. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. We will not under any circumstance accept any returns or refunds after a period 2 weeks (14 days).
Unless items are defective you must send them back to us at your own expense. We will only issue a full refund if the item is unused and with its entire packaging undamaged.
You have the option to exchange products for any reasons for up to 14 days after purchase as long as your products are unused, unworn and un-opened, any items of lingerie must be unworn.
If you have ordered something that is subject to any errors, or decide that the product is not wanted, you can return it to us at your own expense for a replacement within 21 days. For regulated hygiene reasons we will under no circumstances accept returns of Sex toys, bondage gear, lubricants, creams, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened or used. We will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and parts) have not been damaged.
We strive to give the correct size indications in our advertisements but should one of our items not fit you then you can return it to us for a full refund or you can exchange it for an alternative product to the near same description subject to any price differentiation. Refunds can only be given if you return the unused item to us within 14 days. You can exchange the item for an alternative product within 28 days.
All tags, labels and with the original packing intact. If they are broken or removed, we will not accept the returned item. In this rare case we will return the item to you with yourself subject to the postage costs.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. Please remember, refunds can only be given on items which are returned to us with 7 days of purchase.
Before returning goods to us you must inform us by emailing bondarts@yahoo.co.uk or through the email specified on the Web site purchasing through . Once you have done this please enclose an explanation and note giving the reason for the return, including any reference, site address purchased through and returns numbers. You should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package. This allows us to process your request for a refund or an exchange. You are subject to a duty (until the goods are returned) to possess the goods and to take good care of them.
You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post, but you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (for proof). It is advisable to obtain this or send your items recorded. This not only covers each party but aids location should anything arise, all responsibilities until received by us are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders will be delivered to the address given to us at the time you place an order. All orders that are received on one of our business days will be despatched as soon as possible. Orders received after 16:00pm will be processed the next business day.
We will try to deliver the goods within a maximum of 28 days, the vast majority next day or within a week. Any specified postage options will be available during ordering. If for any reason there is a delay, then we will inform you. If for any reason you wish to cancel the contract, we will fully reimburse any sums paid. We will not be under any liability to you for any delays beyond our reasonable control. Upon receipt of the goods please advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty please email the specified web site email address or bondarts@yahoo.co.uk .
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where 1) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; 2) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; 3) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms & Conditions. You have certain rights by law as a consumer regarding the return of goods and any claims caused negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms do not affect those rights.
Relevant United Kingdom and European law will apply to any contract.
Using this website means your acceptance of our terms and conditions which take place on the day at which you first use this website.
We are not responsible for any adversities caused by the product ordered and can not be held responsible for damages caused if any of our products sold contain latex. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use of our goods. Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the websites.
Bond Arts Limited assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of any use or reliance upon the information and material contained within or downloaded from its website. Products are liable only to the manufacturer unless a defect has been caused by us. We are unable to offer any warranty or guarantee’s, these are only subject to the product manufacturers.
